At family yoga you and your child will get to play yoga games and gain a healthier mind and body through performing and practicing breathing techniques.
Parent and child both will become stronger and more flexible while learning yoga poses. You will have the unique opportunity to connect with your child by getting the wiggles out together, building a healthier mind and body, building self-esteem, and a stronger relationship for parent and child. It's an opportunity for bonding with family while sharing the health and well-being that yoga brings.
Ages 2 to 10. There is no charge for babies under one year attending with parent and sibling. This is a 45-minute class.
