We all need some time to relax and unwind so we can better serve ourselves and others. If your cup is not full you cannot fully help others.
Join us for an opening guided meditation to connect with your breath, your body, mind, emotions, and spirit. We will then move into a hatha based yoga class and will follow with yin yoga practice, holding postures for several minutes to move deeper into your awareness and connection to your body. At the end of class, while in savasana, you will rest in a restorative pose and receive a facial massage. This mixed-level class is open to beginners and ladies who have been practicing for years.
